Frank created the business idea for BeWorkHappy, sought investors and now oversees all Nalantis operations (with a specific focus on the Talent Management and Recruitment products). Frank’s key skills are strategy & vision, business development, team management and marketing.

Stephen is an entrepreneur with an extensive background in technology, sales and marketing. As CEO Of Miia he helped develop and implement the company’s business models focused on building effective, innovative and highly competitive Natural Language Understanding (NLU) products. Stephen has a profound knowledge of the NLP and NLU market and is a passionate (AI) technology fan.

Frank is Chief Scientist with a background
of more than 35 years in Computational Linguistics, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text Mining and Artificial Intelligence (AI). He is responsible for Engineering and Programming the AI Kernel and will head the R&D and Machine Learning team.

Geert has more than 30 years of experience in IT Linguistics, Automatic Speech Recognition and Digital Dictation solutions. He is head of Language Model Development at Nalantis and oversees the team of linguists.

Chief Architect & Head of IT Operations
Andreas is Chief Architect and heads all the IT Operations at Nalantis and BeWorkHappy. He is a Senior Software Architect and has an extensive background of more than 20 years in IT Design, Architecture and Software Engineering.
